StJ&LC Ramblings

Happened to be in Waterbury, Vermont this weekend visiting with a cousin from England over here on business. Great opportunity to come home via the northern route through StJ&LC country.

Spent some time in Morrisville at the restored station building and getting the lay of the land.  Morrisville was the hub (you could say division point) of the line and tracks fanned out in several directions. Took a few snaps of the feed mill as I want to build a similar structure for St. George. The next town along the line will be inspired by Morrisville.

In Walton, we came upon the Fisher covered bridge. Oh, there’ll have to be one of these on the D&NE. Possibly as a removable section at the outside door when I get to that point.
